This department is in charge of establishing the company’s management strategy, communicating within the organization so that the organization members can achieve the common objective reasonably, analyzing and gathering the company’s internal/external data and sharing it with the relevant department and supporting the reasonable decision making of the management level.
The work within the department is classified into finance, accounting, tax, HR, general affairs and others.

This department ceaselessly researches and develops for differentiated strategies in all processes starting from merchandising to development, production and shipping of final finished product based on market trend analysis.

This is department analyzes the domestic and foreign competitors and market in the global market, establishes strategy and generates profit by achieving sales through efforts placed on sales activities, customer management and pioneering a new market in accordance with plan.

This department is responsible for the sales and management of Lohasys brand through domestic online (company’s shopping mall, open market etc.) and offline (H&B SHOP, duty free store) distribution channel, taking a step forward in generating customers by pioneering new distribution channels. Moreover, the department monitors the sales activities at site and share information with regards to product development and the current status of the market.
